- On June 19th I'll be leaving to go to Austria and Luxembourg for 6 months as part of the International 4-H Youth Exchange program. You can follow my adventures here. You can also track my "Running/Biking Across America" progress! As a motivator I decided to start keeping track of how far I run and ride my bike. Since at the time I was living along Interstate 90 I decided to run west to Seattle and bike east to Boston. In the end I will have covered I-90 in it's entirety.
